Studio Apartment - Location of this apartment is on a ground floor, with large windows facing a lively courtyard. It was necessary to approach the new layout with creating zones that allowed for privacy and better flow of the space. The kitchen was moved up front towards the windows, while a more private bedroom zone was moved to the back and away from the windows. At the end, the new layout allowed for the 40 m2 of floor area to be used wisely and included a full size bed, kitchen, wardrobes, a dining table with plenty of seating, and a small living room.
